What I’m doing

Right now I’m obsessed with AI agents, indie SaaS, and the idea that one person with the right tools can build what used to take a team. I’m documenting the journey as I go — the wins, the failures, the numbers.

Why this blog

I believe in building in public. Not the polished “look at my revenue screenshot” version — the real one. Where you ship something, it breaks, you learn, you ship again.
